"Pasta
with Tuna botargo"
INGREDIENTS
For 4 servings:
600 gr Pasta (bucatini)
120 gr Botargo (tuna eggs)
1 chopped garlic( a little) and parsley (abundant)
½ chopped hot pepper
basil
olive oil
salt.
Brown
in the oil the chopped garlic and parsley, with the
hot pepper and the Botargo (sliced and softened in the
oil). Stir continuously with the wooden spoon. Firm-boil
the bucatini in salted water, strain and mix to kept
warm sauce. Sprinkle the dishes with little leaves of
basil. Serve absolutely without cheese.
