INGREDIENTS
For 4 servings:
200 Gr flaky pastry
100 gr sponge cake
50 gr orange marmalade
100 gr custard
150 gr jelly
5 tangerines.
Arrange
the pastry in a buttered, flour-sprinkled pie-dish.
Put on it the marmalade and the sliced sponge-cake.
Pour on it the custard and bake . Let the tart cool,
take it out and arrange around it the peeled tangerines.
Melt in a bain-marie the jelly and pour it on the tart
surface.
