"Swordfish
Sicilian Style"
INGREDIENTS
For 4 servings:
2 swordfish slices (about 300 Gr each)
4 cloves of garlic
½ glass of oil
4 anchovies
parsley
2 tomatoes
1 glass of white wine
salt
pepper.
Wash
and dry the fish sword slices. Brown the garlic in the
oil; then add the minced anchovies, the parsley, the
2 chopped, peeled, cleaned (without seeds) tomatoes
and, after a while, the white wine and the swordfish.
Salt and pepper. Cover and let it cook on a slow heat
for ½ hour.
