"Water melon jelly"

INGREDIENTS

For 4 servings:
3 kg watermelon pulp
50 gr sugar
200 gr starch
vanilla
100 gr zuccata
chocolate
cinnamon
jasmine flowers.

Sieve the melon pulp. Mix it with sugar and starch. Put it on the fire and bring to the boil stirring continuously. When the mixture will be warmish, add the vanilla, the diced zuccata and the minced chocolate. Mix everything and pour it in specially designed little moulds or in small paper plastic cup. Put in the fridge. Sprinkle with powdered cinnamon and garnish with jasmine flowers. Serve.
