Catania style"
INGREDIENTS
For 4 servings:
6 veal cutlets
Vinegar
grated pecorino cheese with peppercorn
1 egg
breadcrumbs
garlic
parsley
salt
pepper
oil.
Dip the
cutlets in vinegar and after cover with pecorino. Pass
them in the beaten eggs (salted and peppered) and, finally,
bread them (after mixing the minced garlic and parsley
to the breadcrumbs). Fry the cutlets.
